1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using depinhosting.com ("the Site"), creating an account, or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Services

DePIN Hosting provides managed DePIN node services, DIY educational content, web hosting, and domain registration. All services are described on the Site and are subject to availability.

3. Payments

All payments are made exclusively in USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency. Payments are non-refundable once a service has been provisioned, except where explicitly stated. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct wallet address. DePIN Hosting is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses.

4. DePIN Node Services — Managed (DFY)

For Done-For-You (DFY) plans, DePIN Hosting will provision and manage a VPS and DePIN node on your behalf. Node setup will be completed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. DePIN Hosting does not hold, custody, or control any token earnings generated by your node. All earnings are distributed directly by the third-party DePIN network (Nodepay, Gradient Network) to the wallet address you register with those networks.

5. Earnings Disclaimer

DePIN node earnings are not guaranteed. Earnings depend on third-party network demand, token market prices, network policy changes, and node uptime. Any estimates shown on the Site are based on historical averages and are for illustrative purposes only. DePIN Hosting does not guarantee any level of income or return on investment. 6. DIY Masterclass

The Masterclass is an educational product. DePIN Hosting does not provide ongoing technical support for users managing their own nodes. Purchasing the Masterclass does not entitle you to managed node services.

7. Affiliate Program

Affiliate commissions are tracked via cookies and referral codes. Commissions are approved and paid manually. DePIN Hosting reserves the right to withhold commissions suspected of fraud, self-referral, or abuse. Commissions are paid in USDT to the wallet address provided. Commission rates and terms may be updated with 14 days notice.

8. Web Hosting and Domains

Hosting accounts may be suspended for violation of acceptable use policies including spam, malware, illegal content, or resource abuse. Domain registrations are subject to registry rules and availability. DePIN Hosting acts as a reseller and is not the final registry for domain names.

9. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with others. DePIN Hosting is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

DePIN Hosting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of tokens, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Third-Party Networks

DePIN networks (Nodepay, Gradient Network) are independent third parties. DePIN Hosting has no control over their reward structures, network policies, token prices, or continuity. We are not liable for changes made by third-party networks that affect your earnings.

12. Modifications

DePIN Hosting reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or site notice with reasonable advance notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved by negotiation in good faith before any formal proceedings.
