Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you register, make a purchase, or contact us. This includes your name, email address, username, USDT wallet addresses, and transaction hashes submitted for payment verification. We also collect node performance data (uptime, earnings) that we enter manually into your dashboard.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and manage your services; verify USDT payments; set up and monitor your DePIN nodes; process affiliate commission payouts; communicate with you about your account and services; and improve our platform.
3. Affiliate Tracking
We use cookies to track referrals. A cookie is set when someone clicks a referral link and persists for 30 days. We also store the referral code entered during registration. This data is used solely to attribute affiliate commissions correctly.
4. Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect credit card numbers, bank account details, or government identification. We do not access your DePIN wallet private keys or token balances. When you subscribe to a DFY plan, you register your own personal wallet address directly with the Nodepay or Gradient Network — token earnings go from the network to your wallet without passing through DePIN Hosting at any point.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share minimal data with service providers necessary to operate the platform (e.g., hosting infrastructure). We may disclose information when required by law.
6. Data Security
We implement standard security measures including access controls and encrypted communication. However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account password secure.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain minimal records for legal and accounting purposes for a period of up to 5 years.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Note that some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
9. Cookies
We use cookies for session management (keeping you logged in) and affiliate tracking (as described above). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
